Welcome — and thank you for being here.

Hi, I’m Harriet — a qualified (BACP member ) person-centred counsellor with a background in health and social care as well as sociology and criminology.

I work with both adults and young adults, supporting individuals through a wide range of experiences including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I also have particular experience working with neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds.

At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to empathy, authenticity, and creating a safe space where you feel truly heard. People I’ve worked with often say they value my warmth, openness, and the calm, non-judgmental space I offer — a place where you can show up exactly as you are.

I believe that healing happens in relationship — when you feel genuinely seen and supported. I bring my whole self into the room, working alongside you at your pace, with compassion and curiosity. Whether you're processing past trauma, navigating identity, or simply trying to make sense of your feelings, you are not alone in it.

This is your space to feel, explore, and begin to heal — and I’m here with you every step of the way.
