My journey into counselling was shaped by my own life experiences — moments of uncertainty and emotional challenge that showed me the value of being truly listened to. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to carry things quietly, and to not always have the space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Working with compassionate therapists showed me how powerful a supportive, non-judgemental relationship can be — and it’s what inspired me to offer that same space to others.

I’m a BACP-registered counsellor offering person-centred therapy, working both online and face-to-face. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, with empathy, honesty, and care — offering a safe, calm space to explore whatever you’re carrying.

My academic background includes sociology and criminology, with a focused study on domestic abuse and victimology, giving me a strong foundation in understanding trauma, harm, and the wider systems that shape our lives. I bring this awareness into my counselling practice in a way that is thoughtful, compassionate, and trauma-informed.

To support my work, I am:

-Fully insured for private practice

  • - Trained in First Aid, including mental health awareness

  • These measures are in place to help ensure your safety, comfort, and confidence in working with me. Whether you're processing trauma, navigating identity, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to face it alone.
